Dent Removal Without Repainting (PDR)

If the paint on a dent hasn't cracked, we can often push the panel back into shape from behind using specialist rods and tools — no filler, no sanding, no paint at all. It's called Paintless Dent Repair, and it has two real advantages: it's much quicker, and your car keeps its original factory paint, which will always be a better match than anything we can spray.

PDR doesn't work on everything. If the paint is broken, if the metal is sharply creased, or if the dent is on a panel edge where there's no access from behind, the panel needs conventional filling and painting instead. We check first and tell you which one applies before we start — not halfway through with a revised bill.

Why Paint Jobs Go Wrong, and How We Avoid It

Most bad paint jobs aren't bad because of cheap paint. They're bad because of where the paint was applied. Spray a panel in the open and dust settles into the wet coat. High humidity ruins the cure. Rush the drying between layers and the finish looks fine for six months, then starts to lift.

Here's how we work:

1. Inspection and written estimate. You see the cost and approve it before anything begins.
2. Panel repair. Metal is reshaped and dents pulled out. Filler is used only where it's genuinely needed, and only in thin layers.
3. Computerised colour matching. We start from your car's factory paint code, then adjust the mix for how your existing paint has actually aged in the sun, so the repair matches the car you have today — not the car as it left the showroom.
4. In-booth spraying. Temperature and dust are controlled. We use 2K two-component automotive paint, which cures chemically into a much harder, more durable finish than single-stage paint.
5. Primer, base coat, clear coat. Each layer fully cured before the next goes on. This is the step everyone in a hurry skips.
6. Blending into the neighbouring panels so there's no visible edge where new paint meets old.
7. Inspection under controlled lighting for shade variation, orange peel and dust specks.
8. Wash and interior clean before you collect it.

Turnaround: usually 48 to 72 hours for a single panel. The repair itself isn't what takes the time — the curing is. Multi-panel jobs and full body paint take longer, and you'll get a completion date with your estimate rather than an open-ended “call us next week”. If the car is in for a periodic car service at the same time, we run both together so you only make one trip.

2-Year Paint Warranty

Every paint job we do is covered for two years against peeling, blistering and abnormal fading. If the finish gives trouble in that window, bring the car back and we'll sort it out. That warranty is the reason we don't cut the curing time.

Accident Damage and Insurance Claims

If the damage came from an accident rather than a shopping trolley, most of it is claimable under a comprehensive motor policy. We handle the paperwork end to end — surveyor coordination, estimate submission and claim documentation — so you're not sitting on hold with your insurer during working hours. The claim file charge is ₹1,000, and you're typically responsible only for the deductible and the depreciation portion.

You do not have to use a workshop your insurer has empanelled. Under the industry's Cashless Everywhere arrangement, you can claim cashless at a garage of your choice as long as the insurer is informed within 48 hours of the incident — 24 hours in advance for a planned repair.
